Life Update

Mike's new blogger/blogspot/WHATEVER-I-DON'T-UNDERSTAND-THE-COMPANIES blog inspired me to come back and update mine more regularly. I feel bad, because I don't like disappearing for a long time, but then, no one reads this. So I really don't care. This just makes me feel special.

I guess the last time I wrote something was in April? Possibly? I'm too lazy to check. I know I posted the last entry I wrote in late August one night so someone could read that last post, but that's it.

Since April....wow. I've been elected District Bulletin Editor for the Cali-Nev-Ha District of Key Club Int'l, slept on the streets of Hollywood, seen the stars of Harry Potter in real life, gotten the autographs of Dan and Rupert, seen Miley Cyrus in real life, gotten Billy Ray Cyrus's autograph and spoke to him, gone to Florida, danced with a really cute boy from Georgia, been to Disney World, attended 2 board meetings, published 2 newsletters, attended 2 Fall Rallies at Six Flags Magic Mountain and Discovery Kingdom, been in and out of 2 short relationships, been to my first concert, and had my Mock Trial season. And that is just the short of it.

That is my life. It was very eventful. And now I am in my senior year of high school and so ready to be done with homework and projects and college apps and so much more. Yeah.

I hope to update more soon.

The Perfect Man

So. 16 years old and already thinking of the perfect husband?!? I really need to stop reading fanfiction. And livejournal posts. ANYWAYS. Might be interesting to write what my ideal husband/boyfriend/significant other would be now, and then see how that changes years from now. Because I TOTALLY don't do that in livejournal. *headdesk*

• Must be good looking. Because I don't want to spend forever and a day with someone ugly wishing I was with someone else. Because that is just plain rude. Plus, I want to be able to rub Mr. Husband in everyone's faces, to say HAH. I WIN AT LIFE.
• Must be at least 5'6". I don't think that is asking much. Dan Radcliffe is 5'6" and he is considered short for a male. I think it would be sweet if I had to be on my tippy toes for a little kiss. Plus, I don't want to be taller than him in heels.
• Beautiful eyes. Green, preferably. Mine are boring, so I want something interesting in our lives.
• Loves HP. Doesn't have to be obsessed like me, but totally a fan and willing to put up with my constant obsession.
• Rather geeky-cool. I fancy myself geeky-cool with my podcasts and MuggleNet shirt, so he better be one for the gaming and such. Computers are a big part of my life, and they better be part of his too.

SPRING BREAKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!

YES. Finally here.

A time of sleeping in and relaxation. Ok, so scratch the relaxation. But it IS a time of sleeping in! No more waking up at 6:30 am to be out of the house by 7:20 am....no more coming home at 2:30 pm and sleeping until 8 pm....no more sleeping through first period!

NO. I AM AWAKE ALL DAY LONG NOW!

But I haven't seen my friends since Friday. Which I don't like. But what can I do? They are all on vacation! Lucky ducks.

As for me, I need to get started on editing my project videos. I need to find 2 tapes first...urgh. If I don't find them, I am SO dead. As in, THAT'S IT. GONE. DEAD. Since we paid good money to get down to the San Diego Wild Animal Park to film. They are irreplaceable.

OH SNAPS.

*facepalm* I do have 1 tape though....uhhhhh......

Changes

I feel as if everything that I know in my life now, as it is, is quickly changing.

But on a much happier note, los hermanos are coming in 2 days!

The most amazing thing I have seen in my life.

Damn you Apple for going with Cingular. I HAVE FREAKING VERIZON STEVE JOBS. THANKS FOR SCREWING ME AND MILLIONS OF OTHERS OVER.

However, I shall be purchasing this phone come June. Forget the year and some months or so that I have left with Verizon. Daddy dearest can have my phone while I switch to Cingular.

My mom told me that if I get all A's in second semester (including AP US History) that she'd buy me the 8 GB, $599 iPhone in June.

I cried I was so happy.

iPhone, welcome to my pocket. iPod, James baby, looks like you're nearing the end of your use. And Verizon? Damn you for not getting with Apple!

While I did not know of you until last week, rest in peace James Kim. You were a wonderful addition to the tech community. I wish I had known of you much sooner, and under much different circumstances.

Oh Rachel

Friday night I was at Rachel's house after volunteer to work on our English project with our other friend Cindy. And OMGWTFBBQ I had so much fun. Running outside into Rachel's backyard at 8 pm in the freezing cold, worrying about snakes and presents that her dog Rocky might have left, watching part of The 40 Year Old Virgin with her mom walking in and out of the garage, being rather disgusted and annoyed with the movie in general, and writing AIM away message convos to post, but instead, falling over in giggles as we write about a certain hated entity who shall not be named at this moment. Oh. And fighting over the laptop when Rachel's "Ex-Fiance" IMs her at like 10:45 pm.

We just do have the best of times together. But as of late, that time spent together has become fewer and farther spread out. Sadly. Because we have such crazy fun together, laughing about the most innane and stupid things.

I just miss spending time with my best friend. Stupid school.

And Rachel, I would like to have a copy of that convo. Because that is the stuff memories are made out of.
